Canadian junior miner Lithium One said late last week it has signed an agreement with South Korea’s state-owned mining company Kores to team up and develop the Sal de Vida lithium venture in Argentina. The Korean company will provide up to US$ 15 million to fund the prospect and will receive the right to earn a 30% interest in it. Both companies will conduce a feasibility study, which will be concluded until September 2011.
