Dutch investment bank Rabobank released on Monday a study reporting that global demand for potash may top initial forecasts of a 3% high in 2012 and keep warm for the next few years. The bank believes Chinese demand will grow 4.3% a year until 2020 when will reach 14 million tonnes of potash, and cites more than 60 new projects to mine the fertilizer ingredient as a sign of the trend.
