Concerned authorities in the Philippines are evacuating the last residents near Taal volcano amid "imminent danger" to their lives. The country’s Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the volcano “may erupt anytime” as six volcanic earthquakes were recorded in the past 24 hours. Most of the 5,000 people living in the area have evacuated, but some 1,000 people remain living near the island-volcano.
